Refund policy
We want every customer to love their experience with ALVRA. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Refunds & Replacements
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your claim is approved, we will either:

Ship a replacement within 3 business days, or

Issue a refund back to your original payment method within a few business days.
To submit a claim, please contact our customer support team and include:

A clear photo of the issue

Your order number
-
A short description of the problem
We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund request.
Replacement & Refund Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
Wrong Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost once a correct address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages
Orders returned due to being unclaimed (not picked up or accepted) can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
If you decide to accept returns or exchanges, you may do so at your own discretion and expense. Any new replacement orders must be placed as new orders.
Customs Rejection (If Applicable)
If a package is rejected by customs and returned, we cannot issue a refund. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with any import duties or regulations in their region.
Order Already In Production
If an order is already being prepared and has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if it has not yet shipped.
Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items
We cannot provide compensation or reimburse advertising or marketing costs in cases where an item becomes unavailable for an extended period or is discontinued.
Abandoned Shipments
If a carrier abandons or destroys a shipment due to issues such as incorrect address, failure to pay duties/taxes, or inability to reach the recipient, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an expected refund:

Check with your payment provider or card issuer (refund posting times vary).

Contact your bank, as posting delays are common.

If you still cannot locate your refund, contact our support team and we will assist you.
